KM Yachtbuilders is pleased to announce the expansion of their premises with two new painting halls. The new painting halls will be used to paint ships, masts and interiors. This step was taken due to the increase in in-house painting and the expansion of the painting team. A professional hall could not be left behind. Apart from KM Yachtbuilders’ own frequent use of the new painting hall, they will also offer other parties the opportunity to paint here.
“We had been struggling for some time with lack of space for our painting operations and noticed that there were also few options in the area. After careful consideration, we tied the knot and decided to invest in these new halls. Because of the new halls we are also able to do work for others. We are very happy with the result and look forward to doing a lot of painting work here.” said René Feenstra, KM Yachtbuilders business manager.
The new halls consist of two cabins. The large cabin is 38x7x6m. and can be split into two parts. This allows space for two ships or masts in the large cabin. The small hall is 12x4x4m. and will be used mainly for painting interiors or smaller ships.
